All items sold by ©TD TEMPLATES are full permissions however on purchasing any of our items you therefore agree to the following conditions of purchase:

Conditions listed below apply to all customers whether you are a merchant or a full permission template creator.

As the sole purchaser of these templates you agree to the following conditions:

• You may not redistribute or sell our templates with full permissions or both copy+transfer permissions. This includes the mesh objects and textures found in our template packages.
Note: If you are gifting a template, we recommend using either the SL Marketplace gift system, one of our gift cards, or contacting Typhaon Nishi or Suzy Somerton in-world.

• THE TEMPLATE TEXTURES THEMSELVES CANNOT BE REDISTRIBUTED, SHARED OR SOLD IN ANY FORMAT. THIS INCLUDES IF YOU HAVE MADE MODIFICATIONS TO THE TEXTURES.

• THE CLOTHING MADE FROM TEMPLATES PURCHASED FROM TD TEMPLATES CANNOT BE GIVEN AWAY UNMODIFIED FOR FREE OR AS GROUP GIFTS. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS CONDITION IS IF THE TEMPLATE TEXTURE HAS BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE TEXTURE, FOR EXAMPLE – ADDING YOUR DESIGN/LOGO – NOT JUST CHANGING THE COLOR.

• TD Templates is not responsible/liable for the products you sell using our mesh templates. It is your responsibility to provide a demo for the customer to try before they buy the item from your store. Our mesh templates have been tested on a variety of viewers including Firestorm along with the Official Viewer however due to mesh still being a relatively new technology in Second Life we cannot ensure that every resident will be able to view the mesh item. Some mesh items can behave differently to others and any issues experienced may be caused by viewer mesh incompatibility, viewer graphics settings or computer specifications.

• The clothing items made from our template textures or mesh cannot be sold with full permissions or both copy+transfer permissions.

• You may not use any of our elements from the template textures and PSD files as part of any full permission package. This includes the alpha channel from our non-mesh templates.

• You can NOT give other people permissions to resell the mesh or these templates either in texture or clothing format. i.e in affiliate packs, franchise, reseller packs or business in a box. This means you are not permitted to sell our mesh, templates, or the clothes you make from our products as a franchised or affiliate product.

• The clothing made from our products cannot be sold or given away in any freebie store or advertised in freebie or free gift groups.

• You are not permitted to sell clothing made from our mesh products in any form (modified or as is) as a freebie, dollarbie or less than 99L on SL Marketplace. This ensures everyone has a fair opportunity with our templates. The exception to this condition are clothing items made from our MESH T-Shirts/Tees/Tank Top template products which cannot be sold for less than 49L on SL Marketplace.

• You are not permitted to sell clothing made from our Non-MESH products in any form (modified or as is) as a freebie, dollarbie or less than 49L on SL Marketplace.

• Sculpted parts and MESH objects in any of our packages are exclusive to ©TD Templates and may not be redistributed or sold as a full permission item.

• These textures/meshes are for use in Second Life only.

• Pictures, text (including from our worded ToS) in our advertisements / product displays & listings may not be copied in its entirety (or part of) in any other advertisement or as promotional material by any other party without prior permission from ©TDTemplates.com.

• DAE files (if included) cannot to be re-distributed. You can use the DAE files for your own non-full perm creations.

• DAE files (if included) are for use in Second Life only.

Violation of conditions will force us to lodge a DMCA notice on you.
